At Reload String Container, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at support@reloadstringcontainer.com before returning any merchandise.

We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

• Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging 

and condition.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement product is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment. Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and require prior written authorization from Reload String Container, LLC. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• The item must be in new, unused condition.

• All original packaging, instructions, and included components must be returned.

• Proof of purchase may be required.

Unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or installed products

• Products showing signs of modification, misuse, or wear

• Custom, personalized, or special-order products

• Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items

• Replacement parts and accessories

• Products returned without original packaging

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photographs of the product and packaging

We reserve the right to evaluate all claims before approving a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund.

Unless the return is due to our error, defective merchandise, or confirmed shipping damage:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Reload String Container, LLC 

is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable shipping, handling, restocking, or processing fees. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Reload String Container, LLC warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential and commercial use for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage

• Improper installation or maintenance

• Accidents or abuse

• Commercial misuse

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Damage caused by use of incompatible equipment

• Damage resulting from environmental conditions

Reload String Container’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at its discretion, repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price. Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.
