These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.reloadstringcontainer.com (“Website”) and the purchase of products offered by Reload String Container, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, text, images, data, product designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials displayed on this Website are the exclusive property of Reload String Container, LLC or its licensors and are protected under applicable U.S. intellectual property and patent laws, including U.S. Patent No. 12,376,513 B1. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or sell any content or product without prior written authorization from Reload String Container, LLC.

Products and Purchases

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, and refuse service at our discretion. Prices displayed are in U.S. dollars. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard,, and Discover, as well as PayPal, or Venmo. All transactions are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments and PayPal. Reload String Container, LLC does not store payment card information on its servers. Title and risk of loss for products transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, available at reloadstringcontainer.com/returns-and-exchanges, which is incorporated herein by reference. A limited 30-day warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

Product Use & Installation Disclaimer

The Reload String Container is intended for use in strict accordance with provided instructions. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the product is installed, maintained, and used properly and safely. Improper installation, modification, misuse, abuse, negligence, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose may result in product failure, equipment damage, property damage, personal injury, or death. Reload String Container, LLC shall not be responsible for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.

Reload String Container, LLC and its product, the Reload String Container™ (U.S. Patent No. 12,376,513 B1), is an independent company and product not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any third-party manufacturer, brand, or retailer referenced on this website.

All third-party product names, brand names, trademarks, and registered trademarks referenced on this site — including but not limited to Stihl, Echo, Husqvarna, Ryobi, Milwaukee, DeWalt, Greenworks, and Toro — are the sole property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification and informational purposes only. Such references do not imply any affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Compatibility references are based on publicly available product specifications and general field experience. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of fit, function, or performance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reload String Container, LLC shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, or claim arising from the use or misuse of its product in combination with third-party equipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping

Reload String Container, LLC currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours on Friday or on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Window

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard domestic delivery generally arrives within 3–5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and USPS service conditions.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Reload String Container, LLC is not responsible for tracking delays or inaccuracies reported by USPS.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Reload String Container, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather events, labor disruptions, acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon delivery to USPS. Once your order has been accepted by USPS, Reload String Container, LLC is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers experiencing lost or damaged shipments should file a claim directly with USPS.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Reload String Container, LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, undelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Any additional shipping charges resulting from address corrections, re-delivery attempts, or refused deliveries may be charged to the customer.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. Re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges. Reload String Container, LLC is not responsible for packages deemed undeliverable due to customer error.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing, installing, or using a Reload String Container product, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the operation of lawn care equipment and related accessories. The customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable safety regulations, manufacturer recommendations, and local laws regarding equipment operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reload String Container, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, distributors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, installation, use, misuse, inability to use, or performance of any product.

This limitation includes, without limitation:

• Personal injury claims

• Property damage claims

• Loss of profits

• Loss of business opportunities

• Equipment downtime or loss of use

• Replacement equipment costs and labor costs

• Third-party claims

In all circumstances, Reload String Container’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

By purchasing or using Reload String Container products, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reload String Container, LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates, distributors, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or attorney’s fees arising from:

• Improper installation or use of the product

• Violation of these Terms

• Modification of the product

• Negligent or unlawful conduct

• Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Reload String Container, LLC directly to attempt resolution of any order issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a financial institution. Initiating a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension of future purchase privileges and pursuit of applicable legal remedies.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this Website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

                  Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the purchase or use of any Reload String Container, LLC product, or any breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof (“Dispute”) shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

                Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Louisiana, or at another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and Reload String Container, LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. This arbitration agreement shall survive termination of these Terms.
